Have an early breakfast and set out on a sacred journey to Mata Vaishno Devi temple, one of India's holiest Hindu shrines dedicated to Shakti. Trek 14 km to the shrine, with the option of arranging ponies at your cost. Return to Katra late in the evening/night for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, head to Pahalgam, known as the Valley of Shepherds. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty as you stroll along the banks of the Lidder River. Pahalgam is renowned for its trekking routes and serves as the base camp for the Amarnath Pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, explore Pahalgam with a local sumo. Visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra. The road to Chandanwari is curvy, accessible by car (except buses and trucks). From there, the trail becomes steeper, reachable on foot or by pony. Continue to Sheshnag, Panchtarni, and the Amarnath Cave. Explore Aru, a village serving as the base for Kolahoi glacier treks. Enjoy a horse ride or visit Betaab Valley, known for its snow-covered peaks, dense forests, and a picturesque garden with a river bridge. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Following breakfast, proceed to Srinagar. Explore the Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, both rich in historical significance and scenic beauty. Nishat Bagh, crafted by Asif Khan in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh, commissioned by Jehangir in 1633 AD, offer a splendid view against the backdrop of the Zabarwan Mountains. Check in at the houseboat for an overnight stay. In the afternoon, embark on a captivating boat ride on Dal Lake, a defining feature of Srinagar's charm. Admire the landscaped gardens, floating markets, and traditional houseboats drifting through the serene waters. The Shikara ride, a small wooden carved boat, is a delightful way to experience the unique allure of Dal Lake. Return to the houseboat for a relaxing evening and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Located at an altitude of 2730 m, Gulmarg is India's premier hill resort, known for its exceptional beauty, the world's highest green golf course, and premier ski resort in winter.
